Decorating and Tow rope

WE ARE IN THE DECORATING STAGE!!!

We will be decorating Monday through Thursday 6:30pm.

We will also be decorating during the day next week. We need to know what times work best for those who are interested, we can do before or after lunch. Let us know by commenting here or email map.byu@gmail.com

Does anyone have a white 30' tow rope? We're looking for one to use for the shoelace of the shoe. It will not be altered or damaged. Let us know ASAP. It would work perfectly!

Jon did a great job designing and planning! Thank you! And also thank you to all who came to help build!!

We will be decorating Friday, April 29, @ 6:30pm. We will continue to email with dates and times of further decorating, some which might be during the day. We are aware that there are some who cannot come to decorate, but are willing to do things at home. We will email you with specific things we might need done and can be added to the float afterwards.

Thank you all you float participants!

Construction Started/Updated April Calendar

Last night we had a quick meeting and we went over the best building days and times. We decided that Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm are going to work best and that's when Jon Nadeau, our building expert, is going to be there. However, if other days or nights work for you, that is fine too. You would just need to get the key from Jon. Email map.byu@gmail.com if you're interested in working different nights and times. When it comes time to decorate, days and times may change again. We are shooting to be done with construction by April 16th and then move into the decorating phase the following Monday, April 18th.

After discussing the calendar, Jon did a quick rundown of the float and the construction. A few of us got assignments and were able to get started. So far, so good, and we hope to keep moving along.

Thank you all for your participation! Lets keep it going!!
