Just click on the tab that says "Calendar", near the top of the page, next to the "Home" tab.
Right now the calendar is tentative and vague until we make more arrangements and everyone is back from spring break. Once we figure out details, we will let you know! You are welcome to comment on here with days and times that work best for you to either help build or decorate. Thank you!

When do we have access to the Vanguard building? Are we going to have a couple keys? If I could get a key you would not have to be there for the trailer move. Of course, you are more than welcome to come along.
I would prefer to go between 3 and 6 p.m. so we have some daylight to work with. This is just my preference. It may not work for others.

How much do I have and how do I pay. I don't mind buying the materials and getting reimbursed. I just want one of you or someone you designate to approve ANY expenditures.
I would like to buy sone 2x and chip board on Wed. so we can start building. I will work on a materials list today, so we can estimate the cost. I am visiting the school today to see what is there for materials.
Can one to you please post a request for wood (2x, 1x, sheet materials), fasteners (screws and nails) and tools (chop saw, circular saw, hand saw, screw guns, hammers, measuring tapes, squares and etc).
I would also like to meet with the building crew just after we get the trailer moved so we can discuss the approach to the build.
Sorry for all the questions and comments, but we are under way tomorrow.
